Snakes, dragons & reptiles뱀·용
The most famous Korean dream animals, and the turtles, frogs and toads that guard a house.
Crocodile악어꿈
Korean dream readers mostly see a crocodile as danger: a rival, gossip or someone who wants to hurt you. Yet being bitten, killing a crocodile or meeting one in a swamp can read as success or a taemong.
Dinosaur공룡꿈
There's no traditional Korean reading for dinosaurs, so modern dream writers read them like other huge creatures: a big result, power or support. Riding or seeing a calm giant reads well, and a meat-eater on the attack points to stress or conflict.
Dragon용꿈
In Korean folklore the dragon dream is the king of lucky dreams, read as success, rising status and, for families expecting, a child who will do great things. Only a falling, dying or wounded dragon pulls the reading down.
Earthworm지렁이꿈
Popular Korean dream readings treat the earthworm as a modest but genuine luck dream: money, steady progress and gains from the ground up. Catching worms or seeing a big, plump one is good, while killing one or watching it escape is read as luck slipping away.
Frog & toad개구리꿈·두꺼비꿈
In Korean dream folklore a toad walking into your house is one of the luckiest things you can see, because the toad was once a household guardian of wealth. Frogs read more modestly, as work, deals and small gains.
Lizard도마뱀꿈
Korean dream books read the lizard both ways: a huge lizard or a lizard bite is often lucky, while a lizard flicking its tongue or clinging to your body leans toward trouble. A bite is also one of the scenes most often read as a taemong.
Snake뱀꿈
A snake dream can be lucky or unsettling in Korean dream folklore. A great snake entering your house is traditionally fortunate, but the snake's behavior changes the reading.
Tadpole올챙이꿈
Korean dream readings treat the tadpole as a small beginning. Watching one turn into a frog or catching tadpoles in clear water is good, while losing them or wading through muddy water is a warning.
Turtle거북이꿈
A turtle dream is almost always lucky in Korean folklore, pointing to long life, wealth and steady success. Only a turtle that dies, leaves your home or gets eaten is read as luck slipping away.
